Taylor-Swift
Taylor Swift, in full Taylor Alison Swift (born December 13th, 1989 West Reading Pennsylvania U.S.) American pop and country music singer and songwriter, whose stories of childhood heartache gained widespread recognition in the beginning of the 20th century. Swift loved the music scene from a very early stage of her life. She swiftly made her way up in the ranks, beginning by playing roles in the theater for children as well as performing before an audience of thousands. At the age of 11, she sang The Star-Spangled Banner before a Philadelphia 76ers basketball game. the following year she picked up the guitar and started writing songs. Taking her inspiration from popular country artists like Shania Twain and the Dixie Chicks (now the Chicks) Swift crafted original music that was a reflection of her experience of tween alienation. As a teenager, Swift's parents sold their property in Pennsylvania in order to relocate into Hendersonville Tennessee so she could dedicate more time to wooing the country label near Nashville.
